Session payments can be made via direct deposit or credit card​​

​For clients paying via credit card (Stripe), please note the following:

• Payments for psychological services are made to From Understanding Pty Ltd

• Refunds will be offered in full for any cancelations made with 3 (or more) hours notice

• A late notice fee of $50 will be charged for cancelations made with less than 3 hours notice

  1. We only collect personal information that is necessary to conduct our business. This includes your name, delivery/billing address, email address, phone number, and credit card/payment details when you make a payment

  2. Your payment transactions are processed securely by our third-party payment gateway, Stripe. We share your personal information with Stripe only to the extent required to process your payment and manage potential disputes

  3. In the course of processing payments through Stripe, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of Australia, including the United States

  4. Under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you. You can review the Stripe Privacy Policy directly to understand how they handle, store, and protect your financial data
